Classic Gyro

This satisfied my gyro craving and then some. Haven’t had one in years - and it was perfection. They use house made seitan which was seasoned just like a classic gyro. Could’ve used a touch more tzatziki but that is just me liking sauce. The wrap was huge! Leftovers made for a tasty lunch today.
