This is the first product I’ve tried from this brand, and it did not disappoint! This cashew cheese is SO flavorful and easy to spread. I also like to crumble it into salads. It has a wonderful (very strong) fermented tang. It’s a little pricey compared to other cheeses (though it seems the fermented ones always cost a little more), but because the flavor is so strong, a little really does go a long way. Looking forward to trying the other flavors as well! :)
