Grateful for inclusive restaurants like Tonichi Tsukemen that cater to those on a plant-based diet. This increases the dining options for vegetarians and allows them to socialize with their non-vegetarian friends over a nice meal. The al dente ramen went very well with the rich, savoury broth that had mushrooms, cabbage and bamboo shoots in it among others.
