I'm running out of tomato sauce I made at home last summer...everything has a beginning and an end 😂
With this in mind, I went back to buying some ready-made tomato sauce and this one from Mutti was one of my choices.
I did not dislike it; it is flavorful and rich in pulp, full-bodied.
The ingredients are not bad:
Tomato pulp 61%, tomato puree 18%, triple tomato paste 11%, sautéed onion 7.5% (onion, extra virgin olive oil), basil 0.5%, salt, black pepper.
It is also packaged in a small, recyclable glass bottle.
