the pinkavo at PINKAVO Cafe — sterlinglinford's Review (Feb 22, 2023)

I asked for the opposite of a burger and this is a pretty good attempt. The side salad is really nice with a dressing that is not too sweet but pairs well with the peppercorns on the open faced sandwich. I’ve got a love hate relationship with pepper but found the contrast with the creamy avocado really nice.
