Chocolate Cake at Darbster — themindfulvegan's Review (Feb 19, 2023)

Darbster is a nonprofit all-vegan bistro for dog rescue. They do fantastic stuff for a fantastic cause. Now, the cake. After a wonderful meal, how do you say no to chocolate cake? You don’t, not if you’ve eaten here before, and so know what you’d be missing. Velvety smooth, & every decadent bite is to be savored. The layers of cream, sweetness, and chocolate are balanced like a ballerina on the tip of a pin. I shared this lovely slice of nirvana with my lovely girlfriend, the only way we could have improved on It would’ve been to get two pieces. So while we had room for improvement, the cake did not, perfect;)☯️🌱
