The ice cream has a soft serve like texture and extremely light chocolate flavor. Most of the red berry flavor is in the dollops of syrup om the top of the cone, I wouldn't consider the rest fruity. The cone itself is soft which those expecting the typical crunch of a waffle cone may dislike. The chewy cake-like texture of the cone did grow on me.
