Tofeta Salad at Bong Bonlai — tiascaz's Review (Feb 14, 2023)

I really enjoyed this salad! Lots of ingredients, including walnuts, croutons, tomato, cucumber, cranberries, and tofu “feta” cheese. This, with a creamy balsamic dressing, made for a filling and interesting dish!
