Another find at Lidl's vegan week, tasty pasta pockets filled with a creamy legume mixture. The pasta has a touch of buckwheat at held its shape well. The filling was tasty, and the ingredients seem to be of good quality.
I didn't quite know what sauce to pair it with, so did a soy mylk based sauce with ground tofu, black olives, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. I would buy again!
