I gave this a whiz in the blender but it didnt really whip up. It tastes okay.. Maybe I need to try it in some recipes rather than just use it as a topping.

I have had a box of cream in the fridge for some time now, afraid of it not whipping well 🙈 #veganisnotscary , right? 😅
It has to be quite cold to whip up nicely! Try to let in the fridge and then use a whisk hand mixer 😃
