This product caught my eye on my last TJ trip. I've been really into stir fry lately, so this seemed like a nice way to get a quick meal with lots of veggies. I liked the variety of veggies, especially the inclusion of ones I don't usually get like bok choy, cabbage, and snow peas. I thought the soy ginger sauce was nice and had a little hint of spice that was very welcomed. The veggies were fresh but soba noodles came in a vacuumed sealed package that looked very unappealing. They said you can soak them in hot water, or microwave them in water. I tried the former first, but it didn't really work so I had to microwave them. It was a bit hard to get them apart at first, but once I was able to start breaking up the block I could get individual noodles out. I added some baked tofu to add some protein.

I was very taken aback by the claim that there were seven servings in this bag. I got about three meals from this (which included the tofu). Without tofu I could see eating this in two meals easily. I'd recommend serving it as a side or with a protein like it did. A sprinkling of sesame seeds really helped complete the meal.

This was around $5, which is a fine price to me for a meal kit.
