Review of Flatbread Mushroom Caramelized Onion & Fig - Daiya by rosieb33

I appreciate this unique take on a flatbread, and I loved the flavor combination of the toppings. Savory mixed with sweet was delicious.

However, the crust was a bit tough and lacking flavor, and the cheese had that typical Daiya stick-to-your-teeth thing. Actually, the next day I ate it cold and enjoyed it way more that way. The crust was softer and the cheese problem went away.
