Flatbread Mushroom Caramelized Onion & Fig

I appreciate this unique take on a flatbread, and I loved the flavor combination of

the toppings. Savory mixed with sweet was delicious.

However, the crust was a bit tough and lacking flavor, and the cheese had that typical Daiya stick-to-your-teeth thing. Actually, the next day I ate it cold and enjoyed it way more that way. The crust was softer and the cheese problem went away.

I loved the combination of #carmalizedonions with #mushrooms and #figs but we needed to take

it to next level. Hello #hotchilioil! What a difference that made.

I’d buy this again and try topping it with a different heat.

Daiya really popped off with this line of flatbreads. I have now tried all of

the flavors and each one seemed better than the last. I think the only improvement could be adding your own balsamic drizzle once it's done baking :)

The bread was soft, but the flavors made up for it. Would buy it again.

I don’t know whether Daiya are getting better or whether I have forgotten the

taste of cheese… either way… I didn’t hate this 🤩
Cannot taste the fig at all - but the caramelised onion works and as far as a cheapy frozen pizza goes I can’t fault it.
