This is a really great flatbread pizza from Daiya and it's also #glutenfree and of course, #vegan. They've rolled out more avors as well. Instead of a traditional marinara sauce, this has a creamy garlic sauce base, #dairyfree mozzarella, feta, #mushroom, carmalized onion and sweet fig pieces. It's a delicious combination of both sweet and savory that pairs very well. The crust is nice and crispy, and it cooks in about 20 minutes. I purchased this on sale at Fresh Thyme for around $7.
