I’ve enjoyed using this product in a variety of dishes— Thai noodles, baked potatoes 🥔, and wraps. 🌯
Described on the packaging as ‘Applewood Carrot Bacon Plant Based Jerky’, it tastes both sweet and savory with smoky notes.

The carrots 🥕 🥕 are air fried and have a dehydrated crunchiness to them, so I wouldn’t necessarily describe them as a chewy plant based jerky.

I like this product because it’s made with simple ingredients and is very versatile in its use. I do think that the few coconut bacons I’ve tried taste more like bacon in flavor and texture than this product however. Regardless, I recommend trying this product! It’s high in vitamins and offers a unique taste and texture to accent a plethora of dishes.
