The stall serves meat, but has a vegan option for thunder tea without anchovies and shrimp. The soup itself was too dilute and not sufficiently intense for my liking, but the overall dish still tasted nice after everything was mixed together, especially with the roasted peanuts. Healthy whole-food plant-based dish with the usual tofu, long beans, leafy greens, preserved radish, etc. Choice of brown rice or brown rice vermicelli available. Good option on weekends when the other veg options at Lau Pa Sat are not open. ($6.20 / small i.e. half bowl, $7.20 large i.e. full bowl) #sgvegan P.S. There is another slightly more expensive lower-carb version replacing rice with chickpeas, though I did not try it.
