This tofu very quickly became a regular item on my shopping list. I find that it has the perfect texture and is super easy to cook as opposed to other tofu brands I’ve tried.

This block lasts me about 3 or 4 meals and is very versatile so I don’t get bored of it when I incorporate it into my meals for a few days in a row.

I think it goes without saying but I’ll definitely be purchasing this again 🌱
