“Served” (excuse the presentation as I started eating before the photo 🤣) here with mushrooms, air fryer tinned potatoes and Encona sweet chilli sauce. Been dreaming of these dogs all day and they didn’t disappoint. The “skin” is incredibly well created and makes for a lovely texture. The flavour is delicious. Left over dogs and pots sarnie tomorrow I think!

I sprayed the potatoes lightly with oil and added cracked black pepper and fresh rosemary from our garden. 10 minutes on toast in the air fryer (with regular shaking) and they were awesome. Low calories, cheap, less cooking as don’t need to be pre boiled and they taste fab.
