Review of Aubergine Schnitzel at The Gate Islington by carolinecapaccia

What I like at The Gate is that they are very creative with the dishes. This is a new addition to their menu, Layers of aubergine with chedda vegan cheese, pesto, roasted red peppers and tomatoes, layers of potatoes and kale with horseradish cream. Delicious and beautiful.
