Beetroot and Mascarpone Mousse at The Gate Islington — carolinecapaccia's Review (Jan 29, 2023)

It is a beautiful starter. I was so impressed by the colour. It is pressed multi seeds crumble, orange and wholegrain mustard vinaigrette (if you like mustard you will love this) with a beetroot mascarpone mousse on top and beets crisp to decorate. It is a cold dish. Beautiful and full.of flavour. I always order it when I go to this restaurant.
