My friend bought these noodles from Aldi and didn’t like them, and since they were #accidentallyvegan she have them to me to try. I’ve never had #ricenoodles before, but they seemed very similar to usual wheat noodles - didn’t taste of much, thin and soft. I just added them straight to my pot and cooked them for 2-3 mins - they soaked up my miso soup very well and the bag is the perfect amount for a single meal. A little less plastic would be appreciated though.
