This strawberry cream cheese is so incredible! It was perfect on a plain bagel. It has a slight tang to it, but is mostly sweet. The strawberry flavor was really delicious and gave it a cute pink/purple color. The texture is also just as cream cheese should be. Like Trader Joe's vegan cream cheese, it is a bit harder to spread, but you can whip it up a bit on your knife to make it more malleable. It also melts when it's warm. I think it would be excellent in a crescent roll. $3.99 for vegan cream cheese is amazing, so I might need to head into Target and get some more before it's gone!
