The second vegan surprise from Chef Nicola were these homemade gyozas filled with tender veg and carmelized pineapple, in a blue vegetable broth. How amazing is that? It was perfect for a chilly evening, along with the warm blankets we were offered for the outside dining terrace. But the most heartwarming thing is the chef's willingness to make sure everyone's needs are met - and with so much creativity! 💙 #sinoesveganonoescomida #ifitsnotveganitsnotfood #gyoza #vegangyozas #blue

peter-plant-power Amazing, this blue colour. Looks like it's due to the red cabbage. In an alkaline medium, they turn blue. In an acidic medium, they turn red. (E.g. by adding apples)🙏😄👍2 likesReply
