From their vegan menu, the Vegetarian soy codfish salad mix included green apple, Onion, Lemongrass, Mint, Kaffir lime leaf, Cashew nut. Taste is good and chilli is pretty mild. The mock fish was a bit dry and hard rather than crunchy, I didn’t mind the texture as it’s mixed with the salad and dressing.
