Fragrant spiced rice and roasted chicken (typical taukee soy skin-style) with housemade chilli. Had a fusion Vietnamese twist on Hainanese chicken rice ("com ga") for the sides - spicy bamboo shoots and tangy papaya salad (similar to achar). Was honestly a little skeptical since I'm familiar with the Singaporean style of Hainanese chicken rice, but this was surprisingly not bad! Available at both the Serangoon and Killiney outlets.
