I usually use silken tofu for vegan scrambled eggs but thought I'd give this a go. I wasn't really keen on the taste so added salt, pepper and kala namak. The bottle served 2 people v easily. Cooking wise very easy - just whack it in the microwave. Visually appealing. Boasts about protein but there's more in silken tofu and as I prefer the taste of that (with salt, pepper, turmeric and kala namak) I will be sticking to this and probably won't buy this again.
