This is really unique, the soup is tangy and refreshing with veggies and cold noodles. Was perfect on a hot day for lunch. 
The condiments are complimentary for all diners and can be refilled.

Are the free condiments vegan? At Seoul Garden hotpot, the kimchi has fish sauce added 😟
