i really wanted to like this sandwich but it was kinda bland. the bread was good, the seitan was good, but it was missing something. a little cheese? a little pepper or chili paste? a little rucola? i went here after reading a review of this sandwich and it looked very different. i just happened to go to Viterbo the day of a big Befana fest so maybe it was just the end of a long busy day. for 9€, i expected more. #seitan #sandwich #dobetter the last photo is an art installation in town. the look on his face is the expression a vegan might make when they learn someone stuck meat in their food. 😱
