This consisted of smoky All Vegetarian Inc 🐷-free 🥓, 🐥🥚-free JUST Egg, and rich, creamy, and lemony 🌱-based hollandaise sauce on a fluffy, flaky, buttery biscuit. This veganized version of a classic brunch favorite kept all the deliciousness without involving any animals.
