Review of Ratatouille Bites - Trader Joe's by oolaf-13

Just tried these little Ratatouille bites from trader Joe's. We just bake them in the oven, no frying, and they were still very crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. We could definitely taste the eggplant, zucchini and peppers. These would make a great hors d'oeuvre, or a side for soups, salads or a snack.
