These ratatouille bites from Trader Joe’s are super tasty!! 😋🙌!! I airfryed them as instructed

on the package and they came out light and crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor in the middle! Eggplant 🍆, red 🌶️ pepper and zucchini!! Yum perfect combo!The ingredients list is lengthy but pretty clean! Sodium 🧂 is a little high for 4 bites but at least the saturated fat is low and the protein/fiber in these are decent. I added them to my salad/Buddha bowl today and it was a super nice addition!!
Will definitely 👍🏼 buy these again!

Was excited to try this creative new appetizer from Trader Joe’s. These bites contain

eggplant, bell pepper and zucchini and are covered in panko breadcrumbs.

I followed the oven instructions to prepare, but needed to bake for an additional few minutes in order to get crunchy.

I really like the vegetables in these bites so they were enjoyable to me but I’m not sure I’d elect to serve these at an event. I think if folks saw these without knowing what they were they’d be pretty surprised that there are soft vegetables (well, fruits) inside.

I like that you can really taste the filling; it doesn’t get lost like some “fried” foods.
They paired well with a garlic aioli. I’d recommend having a sauce available though if you really like the filling you may not find it necessary.

I like the creativity here and I think these are tasty, but they didn’t blow me away.

Just tried these little Ratatouille bites from trader Joe's. We just bake them in the

oven, no frying, and they were still very crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. We could definitely taste the eggplant, zucchini and peppers. These would make a great hors d'oeuvre, or a side for soups, salads or a snack.

I wondered why this wasn’t labeled as vegan by Trader Joe’s but I know that

if they can’t source the sugar they don’t label it vegan. This was delicious and a perfect low cost appetizer. We used the air fryer and the outside was crispy and it’s also kind of filling.
