Review of Ratatouille Bites - Trader Joe's by berryveganplanet
These ratatouille bites from Trader Joe’s are super tasty!! 😋🙌!! I airfryed them as instructed on the package and they came out light and crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor in the middle! Eggplant 🍆, red 🌶️ pepper and zucchini!! Yum perfect combo!The ingredients list is lengthy but pretty clean! Sodium 🧂 is a little high for 4 bites but at least the saturated fat is low and the protein/fiber in these are decent. I added them to my salad/Buddha bowl today and it was a super nice addition!!
Will definitely 👍🏼 buy these again!
