Unbleached All-purpose Flour by King Arthur Baking Company — .'s Review (Jan 3, 2023)

I don't use much flour, but when I do I reach for this King Arthur Baking Company flour. It works well for all baking and breading uses that I have tried it in.

I like that it is unbleached, since I mainly use it for breading the unbleached texture is not a factor for me. Plus the company is employee owned . . . nice!
