🇬🇧 The texture of this tofu literally blew me away!
I would call it a semi-firm but tending-to soft, without any special device after cooking it has the same yield shear as firm tofu after the freezing and thawing process (to make it shreddable).
I think it's perfect for making nuggets or tofish, unlike others I recommend 15-20 minutes in a tofu press to drain excess water.

Lo definirei un semi-firm ma tendente al soft, senza nessuna preparazione dopo averlo cucinato al taglio ha la stessa resa del tofu firm dopo il processo di congelamento e scongelamento (per renderlo sfilacciabile).
Penso sia perfetto per realizzare dei nuggets o il tofish, a differenza di altri consiglio 15-20 minuti di pressa per scolarlo.
