I love this ice cream so much! Ben & Jerry's has been a reliable source of reasonably-priced non-dairy ice cream the whole time I've been vegan. As much as I enjoyed the PB & Cookies and Cherry Garcia, I'm so happy they've expanded their non-dairy offerings! This Karamel Sutra is next-level decadent, and I'm honest surprised that I can say that about almond milk ice cream! The caramel core is so delicious and creamy. I think it also has a pinch of salt which always complements chocolate perfectly. I really wished they sold their caramel separately so I could hear it up and drizzle it over desserts.
