Review of Chocolate Cream Pie at Shoofly Vegan Bakery and Cafe by knorthway

This Chocolate Cream Pie by Shoofly is phenomenal!!! 🥧 Their whole pies are $40 and need to be ordered thru their website.
A friend I hosted for Thanksgiving brought this pie and boy did I feel lucky! The crust was perfectly chewy and savory, contrasting perfectly with the sweet chocolate cream that was very coconut forward in flavor, likely because it’s made with coconut cream I imagine. 🥥 The whipped cream on top was light and softly sweet. I would definitely buy this pie for a special occasion and highly recommend trying!
