Always a treat to stop in at The Lafayette Place for a meal. Everything there is great, including this veggie melt!

The melt has roasted carrots, red peppers, onions, portobella mushrooms, shaved brussels sprouts, melted Violife cheese & chipotle sauce. The bread is fresh from a local bakery, Rocket Baby Bakery in neighboring Wauwatosa WI.

Very glad to have this restaurant in Milwaukee. It is on the site of the wonderful but sadly now-defunct vegan restaurant Celesta. Glad that people here are supportive of the vegan restaurants that we are fortunate to have here :)
