Acqua Sala Ostunese at Trattoria Sapere E Sapori — britts's Review (Dec 28, 2022)

The Ostuni take on acqua sala, it’s basically a bowl of water with herbs and vegetables with their traditional crunchy bread on the side, which you break into the bowl and it soaks up the water!
Everything we got here was great, we did specify no cheese in the orecchiette and on the vegetable platter
