New menu at Haakon! On top of the regular menu, there’s a make your own bowl option as well. Lots of vegan options here. Swipe to see the next photo where they have highlighted which ingredients are vegan!
Chose the following:
Base: curry cauliflower rice
Main: mapo tofu
Sides: herb king mushroom, charred corn and chipotle beans
The curry cauliflower rice was good! Firm tofu was used in the mapo tofu which tasted delicious as well! Would definitely be back!

erialc Oohhh I deleted the 2nd picture and uploaded a clearer picture of it. Haha maybe it takes some time for it to b updated. Am able to see the 2nd picture on my profile though. Yeah! Their make your own bowl option is much better now but quite a few vegan options on the regular menu is gone. They have cut out quite a bit (both veg n non veg) fr the previous menu. Reply
xinru-t Oh I can't see the 2nd pic .. 🥹 But I went to Haakon today and saw the new menu! Sadly the tempeh bowls in the regular menu were slightly underwhelming.. Might try to customise my own bowl next time as the options you chose sound pretty good!Reply
