French Fries at Northstar Cafe in the Short North — Liz Maselli's Review (Dec 21, 2022)

French fries have never been by side of choice. That's more of a @gregcombs thing. However, these were a good addition to our meals. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, these are served hot and crisp. You can add them as a side to your sandwiches, bowls, or wraps for an additional $6.9. They do come with an aioli, which is not vegan, but they don't adjust the price.

They're a good serving size, but not a good value as they aren't anything special. They are a tad bid greasy, which would be my only negative, but again, they are fries. I loved the restaurant atmosphere and vibe of this restaurant. The classy, modern but still causal vibe is great for work lunches or meetings, and it makes a great spot for a lunch or dinner date. I recommend sitting by a window so you can have a view down high street just be prepared for the high prices.
