Review of Vegan Stir-Fried Kway Teow with OnlyEg and Black Soy Sauce at Bangkok Jam by xinru-t

Bangkok Jam has expanded their vegan-friendly menu in collaboration with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! Previously ever ate their vegan kway teow which my family agreed had wok hey. The cooking of #onlyeg omelette shreds has improved. Now the dish comes with a choice of #lovehandle chicken, #happiee konjac squidee and prawniee, or vegetables. Opted for #lovehandle soy chicken pieces which had an interesting layered texture albeit with a distinctive soy taste. Not too greasy and in fact pretty healthy as it also came with assorted vegetables such as kailan, broccoli, baby corn, and carrot, plus cut green chilli. #sgvegan (Allium-free, $14.90)
