Bangkok Jam has expanded their vegan-friendly menu in collaboration with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! Fried battered oyster mushrooms that were juicy inside and crunchy outside; definitely tasty and addictive! Not too oily, and came with some raw lettuce and carrot for balance. Served with a vegan sweet chilli mayo that the chefs reformulated using a plain mayo supplied by #lovehandle. Pretty impressed by the creamy, savoury, and full-bodied mayo dip! #sgvegan (Allium-free, $11.90)
