Purtroppo ho sempre un giudizio non del tutto positivo quando recensisco un prodotto valsoia. Questa simil ricotta, in particolare, non mi ha convinto del tutto: il sapore ricorda in gran parte uno yogurt non proprio fresco, anche la consistenza è secondo me troppo granulosa. Il costo è un po' troppo alto rispetto alla quantità.
Lo ricomprerei solo se lo trovassi in offerta
