Omg I love this!! I've been eating a lot of #macandcheese for the past week because I've needed something soft after getting all my wisdom teeth out. And this is hands down the best boxed mac & cheese I've had. FINALLY a brand that gives an adequate amount of cheesy sauce to thoroughly coat the pasta!!! I was pleasantly surprised that this comes with a pre-made sauce instead of a dry powder because that seems like the standard. But omg the #cheese sauce was one of the best I've had--#daiya has really stepped it up! I was a little nervous about the texture of the #glutenfree pasta because it seemed a little chewy when I was straining the water, but then I added the sauce and it was perf.
In the whole box theres 12g of #protein and 5g of #fiber. I had some leftover meatless ground beef so i added that in for a little extra protein.
Tastes great. Love it. Go buy it!
