I like this making with lots of shredded vegetables 🥕 cabbage ,onions ,green onions ginger and red & green pepper 🫑 . My dish has 2/3 of veggies mix and one part cooked quinoa . Very satisfied meal prepared . 😋 good and fluffy . Serve hot or cold I love both ways .
