Vazhappu Cutlet at Kayra Authentic Kerala Cuisine @Bangsar Village — Steven Neoh's Review (Dec 12, 2022)

These #cutlets were made from #bananablossom and #sweetpotato. Flavour was decent, texture was okay (would've preferred thinner/flatter cutlets so that the crispy to dense ratio does more justice to the grease that is used 😛 The #beetroot #chutney, though, is exceptional and something I would have on its own 😉
