Review of organic french type lentils - Infinity foods by sianski

Lentils of any kind are delicious and nutritious in my book, but I find these smaller lentils, like Puy lentils that come from the region of that name in France, are so tasty, nutty and peppery and hold their shape beautifully. I always make more than enough for one meal as they taste just as good the next day.
They’re packed with B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and potassium.
