My Mango Fantasy at Greendot Patisserie — xinru-t's Review (Dec 10, 2022)

Soft and moist lemon sponge cake layered with juicy mango slices, mango curd with some chewy bits, and creamy mango mousse. Second time eating this and it somehow seemed to have improved! Not sure if they modified the recipe given that the first time I ate it was when it had just been launched, or if I had spent too long taking pictures the first time round such that it kind of 'melted' hehe. This time it held together perfectly and it was an absolute delight to eat, naturally sweet and slightly zesty. My non-veg mum loved this too.
