Mint choc chip ice-cream, when done right, is absolute heaven to the mint-lover. This doesn't disappoint - refreshing mint aroma permeates the scoop which is sprinkled with soft crunchy choc chips. I wish this was a permanent offering rather than a seasonal special, but it gives something to look forward to throughout the year.
