Review of Plant-based white cheddar with spirals - Goodles by yourfriendjen
Pretty decent boxed Mac & cheese. I like the short spiral #pasta and how it grabs onto the #cheesy sauce. The sauce is solid and a good texture, though it does rely on you adding your own butter and milk. 13g of #protein and 7g of #fiber per serving when prepared as instructed. Huge list of vitamins/minerals on the nutrition label makes me feel less bad about eating #macandcheese lol.
I am a little annoyed with the #packaging from this brand though... their non-vegan products advertise Xg of plant-based protein, but then they also contain milk. So it's just a little confusing when you see them all on the shelf together. Luckily this box says "vegan" and you can always look at the ingredients to double check.

gingersaint On the other hand I often see packagings saying “Vegetarian” (and normally I’d write them off) but checking ingredients I find out they’re actually vegan! So annoying 🤨1 likeReply
